Membership Terms and Conditions
By participating in this Cicaré USA Cicaré Circle loyalty and referral program, you agree to these Membership Terms and Conditions and understand that they are subject to change at any time. Referral credits are available to registered Members of this program who refer new customers to Cicaré USA (“Cicaré).
Members can receive referral credits (“Referral Credits”) and tier-based award points (“Tier Points”) for each referral that results in a completed referral purchase whereby the referred buyer has taken possession of their aircraft and the balance due for that aircraft is paid in full (“Referral Grant Date”). Referral Credits or Tier Points granted and award availability are currently limited to the US and its territories and where local laws do not prevent its use. Referral credit values, award offerings, and program eligibility are determined by the registration or installation address of the buyer and the residency address of the referrer.
Members may refer as many customers as desired as long as this program is active and the referred helicopter order is placed using the Member’s referral ID and accepted as a referral by the customer/buyer. A buyer may only apply the purchase credit received from one referral to apply to one aircraft purchase. A Member referral cannot be added or applied to an existing order.
Referral Credits may be used to achieve a purchase discount on a Cicaré aircraft purchased by the member. Any aircraft purchase is also subject to the current Cicaré USA Purchase Terms and Conditions. The actual discount amount is determined by the member tier achieved.
Referral Credits being applied toward an aircraft purchase must be redeemed within 5 years of their Grant Date. Once any Referral Credits are applied to an aircraft purchase, they cannot be reused. Any Referral Credit related to aircraft purchase that expires after 5 years of its grant date does not affect other Referral Credits still current nor does it change the member’s tier.
Tier Points are achieved when the member has completed the number of referrals required to reach that member tier. Cicaré Circle Tier Point awards are available for redemption for a 12 month period from the time the Member achieves the number of Referrals required to meet that member tier. The member may elect to redeem these Tier Points for one of the available awards listed at that membership tier. All redemptions are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Tier Points can only be redeemed for awards listed as part of this program on the Cicaré website. Cicaré specifically disclaims any representations or warranties related to the availability of awards, which are subject to change and of limited quantity. Program tiers and awards will be made available through a program link on the Cicaré website.
These Membership Terms and Conditions, tiers, referrals required to reach a tier, discount available at any tier or any other element of the published program may change at any time and Cicaré will make a best-effort attempt to notify all current members 30 days prior to any change that affects the member. Any change that changes the value of existing referral credits will not be retroactive and such change will only apply to referral credits being acquired or credited after the date of the change.
Cicaré Circle members must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for any credits, which are not transferable by a member and are not redeemable for cash. Members under 18 years of age will require a parent or guardian Minor Release. This Minor Release can be downloaded from the Cicaré website.
Membership information will not be shared with anyone beyond Cicaré or Cicaré affiliates and Cicaré reserves the right to use this information in communications to keep members informed of program changes, their membership status, referral credit balance, or information relating to performing or acquiring referrals under this program.
Cicaré does not guarantee it will inform members of their current balance or the pending or actual expiration of any referral credits or award points.
Each member tier requires a number of referral credits to achieve and will accumulate for each member. Referral credits cannot be redeemed for cash or merchandise or accessories on cicare-usa.com/shop/ or applied to any other Cicaré product or service. Credits cannot be applied retroactively or to awards that are no longer available for redemption. Referrals cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
The member is responsible for all taxes and local requirements and fees related to any award or redemption. Program and awards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations. Only primary account holders can redeem credits for awards. The referrer may not be a customer-facing employee, legal representative or partner of Cicaré or any affiliate of Cicaré. Nothing in the referral program shall be deemed to create any kind of relationship between the referrer and Cicaré or any of Cicaré’s Affiliates. The referrer has no authority to represent or bind Cicaré.
We introduce programs such as these in good faith and expect the same good faith in return. The intent of this program is to reward loyal Cicaré friends and customers for sharing their passion for Cicaré helicopters and the sport helicopter industry with their friends and family. Referral links should be shared from one person to another, not broadcast en masse on public platforms. To be clear, commercializing, advertising, mass-distributing, selling or paying or offering incentives for use of referral links is not appropriate, and we will not honor referral links associated with behavior that violates these Membership Terms and Conditions. Members who have violated any Cicaré policy are disqualified from this program. Additionally, we reserve the right to withhold awards or any purchase credit where we believe members are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. Cicaré’s referral program will not remain open indefinitely.
If credits are not used during the timeframe of the program at no fault of Cicaré’s, we reserve the right to cancel the credits once the program ends. We cannot cover every nefarious scenario, nor will we attempt to, but we do promise to be fair and reasonable. If you disagree with us, it will be your responsibility to show us that you have not violated any Cicaré policies or these MembershipTerms and Conditions.
